Almar Jesolo delivers only within the European Union, using specially designated carriers.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs depend on the destination country, as follows:
Italy € 10.00 - Free shipping on orders over 150 €
Europe € 30.00 - Free shipping on orders over 150 €
When will I receive my order?
Orders are shipped within 2 business days after order confirmation. The estimated transit time is approximately 3/4 business days, but may vary based on the delivery address provided.
It never takes more than 30 business days to deliver.
Request Item Exchange
You can return one or more items for an exchange by submitting a request to the email address almablu@almarjesolo.com within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of delivery.
Almar accepts returns and exchanges at its own expense only in the following cases:
- The products received are not those ordered;
- The products received are damaged;
- The products received are defective.
In any case, products will not be exchanged if:
Returned without the original packaging and factory seal
Returned over 15 days after the date the return request was submitted
Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to art. 64 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract, without stating a reason and without penalty, within 14 days from receipts of goods by sending a written notification by registered letter with return receipt to HNH Hospitality S.p.A. with registered office in Mestre-Venice Trinity Palace - Via Saragat, 1 - 30174 specifying the products purchased, the order number and the intention to withdraw from the purchase.
Returns must occur within 15 (fifteen) days from the day on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract; the costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer. The right of withdrawal may be exercised only if the goods are perfectly intact in their original package and unused. Therefore, packages returned must be unopened, with their wrapping still intact, and in untampered-with condition. HNH Hospitality S.p.A. is not liable for any product damage occurring during return shipment of the same. If the goods returned are deemed to have been damaged or tampered with, HNH Hospitality S.p.A. will not refund the amount paid for the purchase of products.
The amount will be refunded by the same method of payment used by the customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise expressly requested by the consumer and provided that the consumer does not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
Almar Jesolo Resort & Spa shall not be responsible for any delay in crediting the payment, which may be caused by the bank or type of credit card used for payment.
